Which company would I be working for?
It depends on the role. Some positions are specific to one company (e.g., data science at Workbence AI, mobile dev at Workbence Studio). Others, like engineering or design, may span multiple companies. We'll be clear about this in the job description.
Do you offer remote work?
Yes. Most roles are remote-friendly within Canada. Some consulting roles may require occasional client site visits, but we're flexible about where you work day-to-day.
What's the interview process?
Typically: an initial call, a role-specific assessment (technical challenge, case study, or portfolio review), and a final conversation with the team. We keep it efficient and give timely feedback.
Do you sponsor work visas?
For exceptional candidates, we consider visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis. We have experience with the Canadian immigration process.
