Workbence is a Canadian holding company. Mert Kilan founded it in 2022 to build and own companies that solve real problems. The first focus was enterprise AI. The group now owns four operating businesses across technology and commerce. Each company is owned outright and managed directly by Workbence.
Four companies, two industries
Workbence AI builds enterprise AI platforms for oil and gas, healthcare, cryptocurrency, and climate monitoring. PetroMind™ AI supports drilling operations. MediGenius™ AI is built for patient care and diagnostics. CryptoSentinel™ AI covers trading and security. ClimaSense™ AI uses satellite monitoring for wildfire and climate detection.
Workbence Agency is the software services company. It designs and builds custom software, cloud infrastructure, AI systems, and security work for other businesses. The agency publishes its services at workbence.agency.
Workbence Studio is the in-house mobile studio. It designs, builds, and publishes original apps and games for iOS and Android. A featured product is CostSnap, an AI tool for estimating and quoting.
GreenFur Pet Store is the commerce company. It sells eco-friendly pet products online, including natural and responsibly sourced food, biodegradable toys, chemical-free grooming, and sustainable accessories. The store is at greenfurpetstore.com.
How the group developed
The company started as an enterprise AI business. In 2023, PetroMind™ AI launched for oil and gas, and development began on the healthcare, crypto, and climate platforms. In 2024, Workbence Studio opened to build original mobile apps and games. In 2025, the AI platforms were shipping and Studio products were in development, while GreenFur was being planned. In 2026, GreenFur Pet Store launched. A longer account of that history is on the about page.
